Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and splendid beach of Capo Coda Cavallo, 750 meters from the beach of Cala Suaraccia (Le Farfalle), very charming studio with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and kitchenette in the famous residence "Villaggio Est" with sea view terrace,Air Conditioning,TV, hairdryer and swimming pool.
It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away.
The residence has free parking spaces reserved (our guests will therefore have free access).
We speak your language (Italian, French, English)!
The studio will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the residence's swimming pool with sea view.
In the village there is a small square with a bar, a restaurant with seafood specialties and a mini market.
You can go down to the beach (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the residence by a staircase. For those who prefer to get there by car, the beach has a large paid car park (unfortunately in Sardinia almost all beach car parks are chargeable).
I personally take care of check-ins and check-outs and am always available on the phone and always ready to provide the right support to my guests in very short time.

Posizione e vista bellissima dalla terrazza sulla spiaggia di Capo Coda Cavallo, personale molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare Giorgia. Aria condizionata apprezzata. unica piccola pecca la porta per andare in terrazza si fa fatica a chiuderla. Lo sciacquone del wc ci mette diverso tempo a ricaricare l’acqua. Nulla che non si possa riparare con poco e sono stati subito pronti a risolvere queste accortezze.

La posizione è meravigliosa e la vista su capo coda Cavallo è bellissima, la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi ed è una delle più belle della zona. Llo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile a risolvere alcuni problemi che abbiamo avuto con l’appartamento

BUON SOGGIORNO VISTA INCREDIBILE
Vista incredibile sul mare e sull\'isola di Tavolara, grande terrazza con sole al mattino dove poter fare colazione calda e prendere il sole mentre servi il caffè. Inoltre, vista incredibile di notte con la luna sul mare. Cucina piccola disponibile per preparare il cibo, ma sono disponibili anche 2 ristoranti. Parcheggio gratuito.

Posizione favolosa, appartamento delizioso, completo di tutto e con WIFI funzionante (!!). Check in impeccabile, check out altrettanto . Il proprietario/gestore è estremamente dsponibile ed è fulmineo nel risolvere eventuali problemi: gli abbiamo comunicato che era finita la bombola del gas e ci è stata sostituita in meno di mezzora.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Der Blick über die Bucht nicht zu toppen. Der Verwalter war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir konnten am Abreisetag noch länger in der Wohnung bleiben, da unsere Fähre erst abends fuhr. Die Einrichtung ist eher einfach, aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants direkt in der Anlage. Das Punta Est ist hervorragend und hat auch einen tollen Blick. Obwohl eigentlich Hunde am Strand verboten sind, gaben wir unseren Hund zu dem kleine Strand unterhalb der Anlage mitgenommen. Dies wurde auch akzeptiert. ITA La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica. La vista sulla baia è impareggiabile. Il gestore è stato molto accomodante. Abbiamo potuto rimanere più a lungo nell'appartamento il giorno della partenza, dato che il nostro traghetto è partito solo in serata. L'arredamento è piuttosto semplice, ma tutto è pulito e ordinato. Ci sono diversi ristoranti proprio nel complesso. Il Punta Est è eccellente e gode di un'ottima vista. Anche se i cani non sono ammessi in spiaggia, abbiamo portato il nostro cane nella piccola spiaggia sotto il complesso. Anche questo è stato accettato.
TRES BELLE VUE
Appartement disposant d’une très belle vue et d’un très bel emplacement avec 2 plages à proximité. La mise à disposition d’un vaste parking était également très agréable. ITA Appartamento con una vista molto bella e posizione molto bella con 2 spiagge vicine. Anche l'ampio parcheggio era molto bello.
