In the residence there is a small square with 2 bars, 1 restaurant with fish specialties and 1 food mini-market.

You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the residence by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has ample paid parking.
