Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and splendid Capo Coda Cavallo beach, 750 meters from Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle), large apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed on the ground floor and 1 with 2 single beds on the first floor), 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor) and living room / kitchen in the famous "Villaggio Punta Est" residence, with terrace and garden with a magnificent sea view, TV, washing machine - laundry, hairdryer and swimming pool in the residence.
It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda, 27 km from Punta Est.The ferry terminal is 30 km away.
The residence has free parking spaces (our guests will therefore have free access).

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the swimming pool with sea view of the residence.
In the residence, there is a small square with a bar, a restaurant with seafood specialties and a mini market.
You can go down to the beach (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the residence by a staircase.For those who prefer to get there by car, the beach has a large paid car park (unfortunately in Sardinia almost all beach car parks are chargeable).
I personally take care of check-in and check-out, always available on the phone and always ready to provide my guests with adequate assistance in no time.

Un posto incantato con vista mozzafiato
Posizione paradisiaca, stile del residence in pieno rispetto della natura con vista mozzafiato e vicinanza immediata della spiaggia stupenda. Accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di Sardinia Renato Home top! Un grande complimento allo staff del Blue Bar con la loro gentilezza!Non c’è niente da lamentarsi! Per migliorare aggiungerei una barriera nel giardino che impedisce al cane di disturbare i vicini e metterei qualche cestino di spazzatura in piazzetta. C’è un’impressionante isola ecologica per la differenziata in cima al residence.
Bella vacanza, posto bellissimo
La vista dal nostro appartamento era eccezionale, il personale era molto disponibile e i servizi del ristorante erano ottimi. unica pecca la connessione Wii fii che non sempre funzionava benissimo, ma vi godrete dei panorami mozzafiato.

Ein sehr schönes, außergewöhnliches Privathaus mit herrlicher Aussicht, gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. .ITA: Una casa privata davvero bella ed eccezionale, con una vista meravigliosa, accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a casa e il nostro cane è stato il benvenuto. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.
Appartamento con vista meravigliosa su una delle baie più belle dell'Isola
L'appartamento è posizionato in un residence molto grazioso, sembra un piccolo borgo, affacciato su una delle baie più belle della Sardegna, dominata dal profilo dell'isola di Tavolara, e l'appartamento stesso gode di una vista indimenticabile. Impeccabile ed al contempo simpatica ed amichevole la gestione e l'assistenza in loco ne vale la pena. L'accesso alla bellissima spiaggia di Capo Coda Cavallo, benché un po' faticoso per la salita, è veloce e piacevole e consente di goderne prima e dopo che venga presa d'assalto.

Li aveva già elogiati una mia amica, che era stata loro cliente nel 2022, ma la realtà ha superato le nostre aspettative. L'attenzione che il Sig. Alberto e il Sig. JeanPierre ripongono verso il cliente è lodevole, in un mondo in cui la dedizione al proprio mestiere è ormai utopia. In particolare, mi preme elogiare l'accoglienza e attenzione ai dettagli, oltre che alla disponibilità, efficienza e solarità dei due signori. Ci hanno risolto con celerità un piccolo problema riscontrato in casa e, con estrema disponibilità, ci hanno elargito consigli sulle spiagge da visitare e intrattenimenti disponibili in zona.Grazie tante!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!
